| Royal
Krakow Golf & Country Club lies in the village of Ochmanow, between Wieliczka and
Niepolomice. Located in the hills of ‘Puszcza
Niepolomice’, the former Royal Hunting grounds of the Jagielonian Kings, who also
built in 1370 the Royal Hunting Palace in nearby Niepolomice. The 9 holes PAR 72 golf
course is a challenge for keen golfers with height differences up to 25m and the Boguslawa
stream meandering the holes 7 and 9. But
John Brazell, scratch player himself, has not forgotten his first attempts to get the ball
where he wanted it and designed it also in order to reward the beginning golfer’s
good shots.
